Guy Wilcox - Lead Coach

Guy Wilcox is a Co-Director of Warriors Basketball and the Head Coach of our Under-16 Boys National League programme. He plays a key role in shaping the club's player development pathway, helping young athletes progress from grassroots basketball through to National League competition.

Working closely with players, coaches and families, Guy is committed to creating a positive, challenging and supportive environment where every player can develop both on and off the court. His coaching philosophy reflects the Warriors Way, placing a strong emphasis on teamwork, discipline, resilience and long-term player development.

As part of the club's leadership team, Guy contributes to the strategic direction and continued growth of Warriors Basketball, helping to ensure that opportunities are available for players of all abilities while maintaining the high standards expected of a Basketball England Leading Club.

David Burnett - Assistant Coach

David Burnett is an Assistant Coach with our Under-16 Boys National League programme and has been part of the Warriors family for the past few years. Having first become involved through his son's basketball journey, David has become a valued member of the coaching team and is passionate about helping young players develop both on and off the court.

Before joining Warriors, David played and refereed basketball, bringing valuable experience and knowledge of the game into his coaching. He is currently a Basketball England Level 1 coach and is working towards completing his Level 2 coaching qualification.

David brings enthusiasm, commitment and a calm, supportive approach to every session, helping players build confidence, improve their skills and enjoy the game. As part of the Under-16 National League coaching team, he embraces the values of the Warriors Way, supporting the development of every player both on and off the court.

Leeann Tudor - Team Manager

I am the National League Coordinator for the club, as well as Team Manager for both the U16s & U18s National League teams.

Although I had not played basketball since school, I was delighted when my son developed an interest in the sport and joined the club. Like many parents, I initially came along to support from the side-lines, but I have always believed in getting involved and contributing where I can. Before long, I found myself supporting the club with administrative and organisational tasks, helping behind the scenes to ensure players, coaches and volunteers have the support they need.

I enjoy working with players, parents, coaches and volunteers to create positive experiences and opportunities for young athletes to develop both on and off the court. Being part of the Warriors community has been incredibly rewarding, and I am proud to play a role in helping the club and its teams succeed.
